Who I am

I am yilihjy, a full-stack engineer. I have worked in the internet industry for nearly ten years and currently work at a small internet platform company.

Before, most of my time went into writing code. Now, in the gaps between conversations with AI, I have more time to think.

Why this blog

Mainly for the freedom: I can write what I want, without a platform deciding the format or the topic. The reason is a little funny, but there it is.

The other reason is AI. I am not a natural writer, but with AI's help, getting an idea out of my head and into a post became possible — and I am grateful for how far it has come. Everything here is processed by AI models; what I can promise is that the ideas are mine, and that I have read and edited every piece before publishing.

The site will hold notes on the technical work I do day to day, and some thoughts on life.
